Warranty Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Warranty Coverage:

a. Zevpoint provides a limited warranty for its products, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use and service.

b. The warranty period for each product may vary and is specified in the product documentation or on the Zevpoint website.

c. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

d. Zevpoint does not provide on-site warranty services. 

 

2. Warranty Eligibility:

a. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

b. The warranty covers defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship during the manufacturing process.

c. To be eligible for warranty coverage, proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, may be required.

 

3. Proper Usage

a. Our products are designed to function properly under normal usage conditions.

b. Warranty coverage is provided when the product is installed and operated according to the provided instructions.

 

4. Warranty Exclusions:

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

a. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

b. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to environmental factors or acts of nature.

c. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or improper power supply.

d. Damage caused by using the product with incompatible accessories, components, or power sources.

 

5. Warranty Claim Process:

a. In the event of a potential warranty claim, the customer must contact Zevpoint’s customer support team within the warranty period.

b. Provide relevant information, including the product details, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

c. Zevpoint may require the return of the defective product for inspection and evaluation before approving a warranty claim.

d. The uninstallation of charger for any claim under warranty remains the scope of the customer only. 

 

6. Warranty Remedies:

a. If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is confirmed and falls within the warranty coverage, Zevpoint will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

b. The repaired or replaced product will be covered by the remaining warranty period.

c. Zevpoint reserves the right to substitute discontinued or out-of-stock products with similar products of equal or higher value.

 

7. Return Shipping:

a. Shipping costs for returning the product for warranty service will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the defect is covered by the warranty.

b. In cases, where the defect is covered under warranty. The shipping charges will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of cashback, vouchers, or an appropriate method as deemed fit by Zevpoint

c. The customer will need to provide the necessary proof of shipping expenses for verification purposes.

d. We reserve the right to assess the reasonableness of the shipping charges and may adjust the reimbursement amount accordingly

 

8. Limitations of Liability:

a. Zevpoint’s liability under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as stated in these warranty conditions.

b. Zevpoint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

 

9. Warranty Void:

The warranty will be void if:

a. The product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

b. The product’s serial number or warranty sticker has been removed, altered, or defaced.

c. The product has been used in violation of the user manual or for purposes other than its intended use.
