Option 1:

We understand that some customers may prefer a hands-on approach during the installation process. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, we offer a complimentary video call/demo with one of our expert technicians. Through this interactive session, you will receive step-by-step guidance to successfully install your charger.

a) Process:

• After receiving your charger, schedule a convenient time for the video call/demo.
• Our technician will join the call to provide detailed instructions and personalized guidance.
• You can ask questions, seek clarifications, and receive expert assistance during the installation.

Option 2:

Professional On-Site Installation Service (Chargeable):

For customers who prefer a hands-on approach, we offer a premium on-site installation service provided by our qualified technicians. This comprehensive service ensures a seamless installation and optimal charger performance. The cost of this service is Rs 2500 + GST (18%)

a) Cost Inclusions:

• The service charges are only towards the cost of labour and does not include any material, accessories, goods, etc.  
• The installation includes labour charges for 10 meters of cable laying. For any additional cable laying, the labour charges shall be Rs 40 per meter + GST (18%)

b) Process:

• To avail of the on-site installation service, simply inform us at the time of placing your order.
• Once the charger is delivered our team will schedule a convenient date and time for the technician to visit your location.
• Our skilled technician will arrive with all the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the installation efficiently.
• They will ensure the charger is installed correctly and provide you with relevant instructions for its usage.

c) Terms and Conditions:

i) Prior Intimation for On-Site Installation: If you wish to opt for the chargeable on-site installation service, kindly inform us at the time of placing your order. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth and timely installation.

ii) Payment for On-Site Installation: The cost of  for the on-site installation service is to be paid separately by the customer in advance. Payment details will be shared with you upon confirmation of the service.

iii) Installation Timeframe: The installation of your charger will be scheduled within 4-5 working days from the date of delivery. We make every effort to promptly arrange the installation and ensure that your charger is up and running in the shortest possible time.

iv) Essential Goods for Installation: If any specific goods or accessories are essential for the installation of your charger, please inform us at the time of placing your order. This allows us to dispatch the required items along with your charger. In case such information is not provided at the time of order, the customer will be responsible for arranging the necessary goods at their end. The charges for any such additional goods or accessories shall be borne by the customer and will have to be paid in advance. 

v) On-Site Arrangements: To ensure a smooth installation process, we kindly request customers to arrange any necessary on-site equipment, such as ladders or specialized tools. Additionally, if any permissions are required, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain them before the scheduled installation.

vi) Technician’s Visit: Our technicians will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time for installation. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may lead to slight delays. We kindly request your understanding in such situations, and we assure you that we will promptly inform you of any changes in the appointment.

vii) Customer Presence: We highly value your involvement in the installation process. Your presence during the scheduled installation time is expected to ensure that the installation is carried out according to your requirements. Please thoroughly inspect the setup to ensure your satisfaction before our technicians conclude the process.

viii) Installation Completion: Upon successful installation, our technician will ensure that your charger is fully operational and meets our high-quality standards. You will be given a demonstration of its functionality and provided with essential information to optimize your charging experience.

ix) No Post-Installation Alteration Requests: Once the installation is completed, we regret to inform you that no additional requests for alterations or changes to the setup will be entertained. We encourage you to take the time to communicate your preferences during the installation process to achieve the desired outcome.

x) Feedback and Support: Your feedback is invaluable to us. We encourage you to share your installation experience, whether positive or with areas for improvement. Our customer support team is available to address any concerns or queries you may have.
